It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Phyllis Jean Cheshier of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Martinsburg, West Virginia, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon Catherine and Birdie Catherine; her husband James E. Cheshier; and her son Jonathon Clark Cheshier. She is survived by: her children, James and Kathryn Sue Parish. She is also survived by six grandchildren, their spouses, and fourteen great-grandchildren, two brothers, their wives, nieces, nephews and so many dear friends.
