He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Turner and Beatrice Turner (Hammond); and his brothers, Bud and James Turner. He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his siblings, Louise Turner of Fort Smith and Don Turner of Blytheville, AR. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and extended family.
