It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Lewis of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Franklin, Arkansas, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Lewis and Eliza Lewis; his wife Nina Lewis; and his son Glenn Lewis. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Lewis of Little Rock; and his sisters, Janie Lewis and Mary Wakefield of Fort Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
