Paula J. Riggs Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2024, at the age of 72, Paula J. Riggs (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Norfolk, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph June (Billie Jean Riggs) and Paula. She is survived by: her adoptive daughters, Shannon, Nikki and Billie; her foster son Tony Blanchard; her siblings, Pat Riggs, Mike Riggs, Tim Riggs, Marsha Ward, Jo Lynn Gerdes and Mary Gill; and her nieces and nephews, Jason Blackard, Nichole Riggs, Morgen Blankinchip, Katie Riggs, Josh Gerdes, Cassady Faulkner, Michael Riggs, Cayton Riggs, Elizabeth Riggs and Alexandria Riggs.
