She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline "Goolsby" Nichols and Charlie Nichols; her stepmother Mildred "Stuart" Nichols (L. D. Vines); her brothers, Tommy Nichols and Shurman Nichols; her grandson Eric Stites; and her great grandchild Zackary Daniel Willis.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Christina Lensing, Tracy Mosby, Brandy Darr, Brian Gattis, Robert Stites, Kimberly "Stites" Cooper, Tera Moon, Trenton Cole, Carl Don "DeWitt" Williams, Dakota "Cody" DeWitt and Chloe Creekmore. She is also survived by her children and their spouses.
