It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Owens (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Keota, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 17, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Owens and Ollie Owens; and her siblings, Daniel Owens, Helen Good, Jewel Shannon, Shirley Gray and Amy Cope.

She is survived by: her sons, Brian Joseph Owens and Mark Anthony Owens (Ashily); her grandchildren, Delaynee Owens, Abile Owens, Cloe Beth, Hanna, Kevin and Journy; and her siblings, Florence Rust, James Owens, Earl Carson Owens and Roger Dale Owens. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
