She is survived by: her husband Melvin Chaffin; her children, Tammy Holmberg (Steve) of Fort Smith, Lisa Halsey (Buddy) of Fort Smith and Clark Chaffin of Springfield, Missouri.; her grandchildren, Nicholas Halsey of Clermont, Logan Halsey (London) of Fort Smith, Andrew Chaffin (Larissa) of Fort Smith, Hayden Holmberg Pocola (Brianna) and Lauren Chaffin; her great grandchildren, Bryson Halsey, Cooper Halsey, Parker Halsey, Chandler Halsey, Lexan Halsey and Evan Chaffin; her sister Deronda Davis (Jim); and her siblings-in-law, Patsy Jones, James Chaffin (Thelma), Tommy Chaffin, Sue Hopkins and Doyle Chaffin (Monica).
