He was predeceased by: his mother Juanita Johns; his grandparents, Jewel, Charles Johns, Audrey and Darayl Medows; and his siblings, Sue Arnold and Lesslie Stephens.
He is survived by: his parent Odis Stephens Sr.; his spouse Delicia Stephens; and his children, Crystal Queen (Dewayne), Marca Garner (John) and Joe Stephens (Amy). He is also survived by grandchildren.
