He was predeceased by: his parents, Carroll Thomas Perkins and Daisy Marie Perkins (Thorp); and his siblings, Greg Perkins, Michael McCarroll and Pamela Diane Ennis.
He is survived by: his children, Dena Perkins of Fort Smith, Alyssa Perkins of Okay, Oklahoma, Devon Perkins of Okay, Oklahoma and Aaron Perkins of Okay, Oklahoma; his grandson Silas Peoples; and his close friend Sherrie Linn of Fort Smith.
