She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Doyle Hill and Frances Daphine Hill (Earp); her grandfather David; her husband Willis Hester; her stepfather Dennis Cherry; her son-in-law Steven Weingarten; her sons, Grant Hester-O'Toole (John) and Barry Hester (Audrey); her grandchildren, Jocilin Heflin, Stephen Maddox Heflin and Francesca Hester; her siblings, Orville Norris (LaNelle) and Doylene Smith (Jay); her niece Karen Steiner (Greg); her nephews, Jeffrey Smith and David Norris (Denise); her great-nephew Kirby Steiner (Claudia); her great-niece Maggie Steiner Levinson (John); her aunt Pansy Fennell; and her uncle Joe Henry Earp.
