She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Polk and Ora Day Polk (McIver); her husband Earl Evevoldson; her former husband Winfred Brinegar; her son Darrell Enevoldson; her granddaughter Theresa Matlock; and her nephew Jimmy Chapline.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Enevoldson (Shelly), Wanda Matlock (Jimmy) and Wilda Ybarra (Sammy); and her siblings, Kenneth Polk, Shirley Chapline and Glenda Jones (Jimmy). She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
