He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Joe and Martha Napier (Stanphill); his wife Jackie Napier of Fort Smith, AR; his sons, Greg Napier (Brook) of Fort Smith, Mike Napier of Fort Smith, Chris Napier (Terri) of Greenwood and Kevin Napier (Christy) of Fort Smith; his sister Rosie Moore of Springdale, AR; and his grandchildren, Megan, Emily, Alyssa, Hayden Napier, Braden, Madelynne Horton, Brittany Garrett, Brandon, Matthew Buchert and Sophia Melrose. He was also cherished by six great grandchildren.
