He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Steven, Elaine Wurst, Archie and Irene Goins. He is survived by: his wife Melinda Justice; his sons, Dresden Nicholas Goins and Zaiden Jeremiah Goins; his parents, Shawn Boehning (Kelly) and Bobby Goins; his sister Caitlin Barton (Joseph); his grandparents, Linda Watson, Danny and Deb Boehning; his niece Addison; and his nephews, Adam, Asher, Eric and John. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
