Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lewis Funeral Chapel, Kelley Highway Email (4817 Kelley Hwy, Fort Smith, AR 72904). A committal service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
