Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Nancy Duncan in Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Hackett, Arkansas, who passed away at the age of 77, on November 16, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Fulgham and Evelyn Fulgham (Schrum); her grandchild Azrael Diaz; and her siblings, Ralph, Bobby, Billy, Jimmy Fulgham, Paul, Jackie, Charlene Shelton-Miller, Betty Basinger and Annie Carlton.
She is survived by: her children, Laurie O'Riley (Shane), Greg Duncan (Donna) and Rodger Duncan (Peggy); her grandchildren, Sarah Diaz (Abraham), Katie Duncan (Ronnie Truelove), Shalea O'Riley and Jonathan Kennedy (Madison); her great grandchildren, Elli Diaz, John Diaz and Takota Burrows; and her brother Leon Fulgham. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins other family and friends.
