He is survived by: his mother Dora Lou Neal (Pate) of Fort Smith; his sons, Kris Neal of Corpus Christi and Nick Neal (Megan) of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; his sisters, Alice Keen (Dwight) of Liberty and Melissa Price (Rusty) of Fort Smith; and his grandchildren, Jayda and Rowan.
