It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Monica Lynn Skinner (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Perry Gammill and Shirley Orsbun Gammill; and her granddaughter Tara Albertson. She is survived by: her husband Johnny Skinner; her sons, Brent Albertson, Steve and Mike Skinner; her brothers, Douglas (Dianne) and Rodney (Victoria); and her brother-in-law Tim Skinner (Amy). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
