He was predeceased by: his parents, Renato Mastropaolo and Irene Wallace Mastropaolo; his former wife Diane McCormick Mastropaolo; and his granddaughter Shelby Alkire. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Tausinger; his children, Leah Todd, Anna Alkire, Aaron Mastropaolo and Sarah Higginbotham; and his brother Walter Mastropaolo.
The military honors was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Smith National Cemetery (522 Garland Ave, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at the same location.
