He was predeceased by: his mothers, Kay Carolyn Green and Mary Ellen Goodwin; and his grandparents, Ed, Allie Goodwin of Benton, Elmer and Evelyn Green of Magnolia.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Green (Kathryn) of Conway and Laura Ard (Steven) of Conway; and his nieces and nephews, Gabriel, Abigail, Elizabeth, Jacob, Zoe and Sara. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
