She is survived by: her children, Ricky, Kaley, Ashley Hayes and Jeremy Arndt; her mother Jamie Garner (Ronnie) of Fort Smith; her sister Neely Spessard (Brian) of Fort Smith; her niece Amelia Spessard of Fort Smith; her brother Casey Fleming of Fort Smith; her stepbrother Eddie Garner of Florida; and her cousins, Tricia Sloan, James Sloan, Jason Sloan, Bitsy Sloan of Florida, Uncle John, Gladys Collier, Dorothy Collier of Dallas, Aunt Robbie, Jerry Lovell, Ryan Everman and Marylee French. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles.
