She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, William Kunkel (Amy) of Huntington, Tamatha Scott (William Clayton Scott) of Killeen, Melinda Lemmond (Terry) of Magazine, Billy D. Kunkel, Patrick G. Williams and Destiny Dyer of Fort Smith; and her sister Patricia Carnline of Fort Smith. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
