She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur V. Tincher and Velma Lucille Tincher (Skinner); her husband John Bell, Jr.; and her siblings, Lillian Irene Young of Killeen, TX, Richard Landis of Houston, TX and John Steven Landis of Virginia Beach, VA..
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Jean Wilson (DeWayne) of Conway, Arkansas; and her granddaughter Jessie Iris Shambarger of Conway, AR.
In lieu of flowers the family had asked for donations to the Literacy Council, P.O. Box 423, Fort Smith, AR 72902.
