She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Phillips Sr. and Wilna Phillips (Tate); her husband Fred Sullivan Sr.; her children, Sheri McKenzie, Fred Sullivan Jr. (Janice), Alan Sullivan (Brenda) and Barry Sullivan; and her grandson Steven Sullivan.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Karen Harshbarger, Michael Sullivan, Derek Sullivan, Aaron Sullivan and Christopher Sullivan. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
