The memory of Mary Patrick of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on July 15, 2024 at the age of 90, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. As Mary departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mary. Though Mary may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, A. D. Hamby and Susan Hamby. She is survived by: her brother Richard A. Hamby of West Fork, Arkansas; and her daughters, Teri Patrick of Apache Junction, Arizona, Karen Patrick of Rudy, Arkansas, Marilyn Alley of Greenwood, Arkansas and Jo Patrick of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations to either the First Presbyterian Church of Fort Smith, or the The Walker Memory Center at the University of Arkansas Donald W. Reynolds Institute on Aging.
