She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Clarence Melugin; her siblings, Bud Melugin, Jenny Brand and Amanda Melugin; her children, Jonathan Rouse, Justin Rouse (Tresia) and Lindsay Rouse-Mitchell (Jeffrey) of Fort Smith; her mother Isabelle Melugin; her brothers, Michael (Gigi) of North Carolina and Jaime (Kim) of Garland, TX; and her grandchildren, Quinn Whitsitt and Jonas Rouse.
