She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Clair and Pearl Ennis St. Clair; her husband John "Sonny" Kientz, Sr.; and her siblings, Tommie Beasley, Grover St. Clair, Jr. and Bobby St. Clair.
She is survived by: her son Dr. John Kientz, Jr. (Judy) of Fort Smith; her sister Betty Amick of Scott City, Missouri; and her grandchildren, John L. Kientz, III, Jason Kientz and Joy Ann Armstrong. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
