With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Anita Hammack of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on January 3, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Everett and Mary Fox (Crockett); her husband Thomas Hammack; her siblings, Joyce McMahen and Reverend John Fox; her grandson Robert Jason Gregg; and her son-in-law Thomas Harman.
She is survived by: her children, Julia "Judy" Massingale (Charles) of Fort Smith, Deborah "Debe" Harman of Fort Smith and Thomas Duane Hammack (Leslie) of Fort Smith; and her brother Reverend Otis E. Fox, Jr. (Lynn) of Oxnard, CA. She is also survived by three grandchild and four great grandchildren.
