With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin Matlock of Fort Smith, Arkansas, born in Rudy, Arkansas, who passed away on May 30, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland Matlock (Doc) and Mary Matlock; and his siblings, Raymond, J. D. Matlock, Vivian Hart and Alice Creekkiller.
He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Marvina Matlock Hart (Victor) of Fort Smith and Gregory Matlock (Kristina) of Cookson, OK; his siblings, Gerelene Kilgore of Van Buren, AR and Donnie Matlock of Fort Smith, AR; and his grandchildren, Payton Matlock Hart of Fort Smith, Cheyanne Matlock of Chengdu, Luke and Laynee Matlock of Centerton, AR. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
