He was predeceased by: his parents, William Pogue and Nan Pogue; and his brother-in-law Bill Ferguson. He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Ferguson and Doug; his sister-in-law Marsha Pogue; his nieces, Aimee Ferguson of Fort Smith, Kristen Ferguson of Fort Smith and Shaunna Warren (Brandon) of Cave Springs, AR; and his nephew Dax Pogue (Brooke) of Dawsonville, GA. He is also survived by three great-nieces and three great-nephews.
