It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Jane Evans of Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on November 13, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Onis D. Belt and Mildred Belt (Earp). She is survived by: her children, Tommy L. Evans Jr. (Robin) of Muldrow, David E. Evans (Katrina) of Van Buren and Sabrina D. Adams (John) of Charleston; and her siblings, James E. Belt of Sperry, Oklahoma and Norma J. Gleason of Vinita, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice, as Marilyn had a heart for helping others.
