She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Kurts and Ruby Blair Daniels. She is survived by: her husband Robert Cecil Carter; her son Robert Edward Carter; and her granddaughters, Amanda Rachele Koch and Savannah Dawn Jedrysek. She is also survived by her eight great-grandchildren.
