It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Ray Smith (Fort Smith, Arkansas), who passed away on December 5, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John D. Smith; and his brother Larry Smith. He is survived by: his daughter Amy Spencer (Jason) of Charleston; his siblings, Betty Williams of Greenwood and John Smith (Pat) of Fort Smith; his grandson Justin Goff of Charleston; and his nieces, Jonella Graham, Tammy Conrow, Lynnetta Penson, Penny Smith and Tina Biggs.
