She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Howard and Teck Howard; her husband Elton Woodard; her former husband James Miller; her close friend Paul Lennier; and her siblings, John, George, Meadows, Logan Howard, Lucille Gray, Louise Harris and Almetta "Tom" Clark.

She is survived by: her sons, Larry (June) of Fort Smith, Phil (Anita) of Fort Smith and Randy Woodard of Fort Smith; and her grandchildren, Lance Woodard (Lisa) of Fayetteville, Larry Woodard, Jr. of Fort Smith, Jennifer Atchley (Steven) of Fort Smith, Brandy Lindsey (Marc) of Lavaca, Cory Woodard of Fort Smith and Courtney Boerner (Craig) of Nashville, Tennessee..
