She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Burgess; her parents, John Wesley and Cleo Williams (Short); and her daughter JoDawna Burgess. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Joe Burgess of Fort Smith, Mark Burgess (Jan) of Fort Smith and Mike Burgess (Cindy) of Edmond, Oklahoma; and her sister Kathryn Graham of Rogers. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
