She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Brackett, Sr. (Brown). She is survived by: her children, Brittany Urban of Fort Smith, Andrea Tuck of Fort Smith, Chris Collins (KC) of Ozark, Derek Stacy (Sandy) of Muldrow and Brad Stacy; her father Paul Brackett, Sr. of Muldrow; and her siblings, Deanna Humphrey (David) of Muldrow and Paul Brackett, Jr. (Virginia) of Muldrow. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
