She is survived by: her parents, Frank "Cork" Hamner (Tammee) of Howe, Oklahoma. and Queta Hamner of Howe, Oklahoma.; her close friend Nate Warren; her children, Julie Goforth (Jerrett) of Heavener, Oklahoma. and Joshua Cox (Jessica); her siblings, Deidre Icenhower of Heavener, Courtney Hamner of Heavener, Oklahoma. and Davy McLaughlin (Rhonda) of Coaldale, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Kaycen Goforth, Conner Goforth, Joshua Cox, Jr., Alyssa Cox and Haylee Cox. She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of many friends.
