He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Baker and Ethel Baker; his sister Betty Mayberry; his son Linoel Lee Baker Jr.; and his grandchildren, Jessica Farrell and Dallas Lloyd.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lee Ann Swain (Curtis) of Branch, AR, Dr. Diana Roe (Heath) of Springfield, MO and Jennifer Baker of Fort Smith, AR; his grandchildren, Michael Lloyd, Jeremy Swain, Renee Lloyd, Kendi Lloyd and Zane Roe; and his great grandchild Alexis Farrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
