She was predeceased by: her mother Alta Graham; her brother Freddy Nitchol; and her grandson Tyler Leonard. She is survived by: her sons, Mike Chumlie (Lisa) of Fort Smith, Dwayne Leonard (Sissy) of Howe and Kirk Leonard (Tonya) of Tulsa; her siblings, Carol Osborne (Tim) of Spiro and Kenneth Nitchol (Kim) of Spiro; her grandchildren, Anika Chumlie, Austin Chumlie (Destiny), Brittany Leonard, Lexy McDaniel, Taylor McSperitt, Sara Evans and Kirklind Leonard; her great grandchildren, Kenia Gutierrez, Brayden Sheldon, Mila Gutierrez, Leeland Kendrix and Adaline McSperitt; her niece Lindsay Beach (Richard); and her nephew Levi Nitchol.
