He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnny Kitchens and Dorothy Kitchens (Ward). He is survived by: his wife Jennine Kitchens; his children, Kerry Ford (Kitchens) of Poteau and Kyle Kitchens (Brandi) of Wister; his brother Glenn Kitchens (Pat) of Wister; and his grandchildren, Jacob Ford, Emily Ford, Candelyn Kitchens, Courtney Kitchens and Kamryn Kitchens.
