He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Everett, Dorthy Fisher, Hurley and Wanetta Hays (Ralston); and his daughter Lori Fisher.
He is survived by: his parents, David Fisher and Virginia Fisher (Hays); his wife Paula Fisher (Robison); his children, Meagan Reed, Cody Fisher and Timothy Willis; his siblings, Daniel Fisher (Missy) and Cindy White (Thomas); and his grandchildren, Bayleigh Hale, Katelynne Reed and Caden Walters. He is also survived by his family, friends.
