We are sad to announce that on May 2, 2020, Leota Phillips (Fort Smith, Arkansas), born in Huntsville, Arkansas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Velma Harris of Roland, Margaret Seabolt of Van Buren, Stephanie Wrye of Van Buren, Patty Welch of Van Buren and Lonnie Tibbits of Fort Smith; and her siblings, Winona Rogers, Charlotte Phillips, Wayne, Raymond and Charles Phillips. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren.
