He is survived by: his wife Pauline; his children, Anthony Collins of Fort Smith, AR., Mark Collins of London, England, Daniela Collins-DeWitt of Rudy, AR., Jessica Collins-Imel of Bentonville, AR. and Belinda Milum of Paris, AR.; and his wife Daniela Collins-Dewitt. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, one sister and four brothers.
