He is survived by: his children, Michael Leon Vantyle of Clearwater, FL, Curtis Jay Vantyle (Kathleen) of Alpharetta, GA, Jacque Harris (Paul) of Ocala, FL and Larrie Ann Miller (Aaron) of Indianapolis, IN; his stepson Jimmy Foreman of Haskell, AR; and his brothers, Sam Field (Marita) of Greensburg, IN and Wayne Field of Columbus, IN. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
