He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Wilburn and Anna Maye Clifton Wilburn; and his siblings, Linda Heilman, Jim and Carl Wilburn.
He is survived by: his wife Tracy; his children, Jeff Wilburn of Fort Smith and Brittany Wood (David) of Pittsburg; his siblings, Don Wilburn of Fort Smith, Sharon Adamson of Fort Smith and Caroline Woodward (Joe) of Porterville; and his grandchildren, Makayla, Bryson Woods and Jayce Wilburn.
