He was predeceased by: his brother Gary D. Ulmer; and his former wife Gloria Means Ulmer. He is survived by: his wife Liz; his siblings, Pam Hall (Larry G.) of Muldrow, OK, Bob Ulmer of Sallisaw, OK and Gerald Milam (Margaret) of Cecil, AR; and his sister-in-law Teresa Milam of Ozark, AR. He is also survived by step-daughter and many loving nieces and nephews.
