He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Kye Carter and Vera Elizabeth Tapley Carter. He is survived by: his wife Katena Carter; his children, Andy Carter, Dustin Carter, Caitlyn Sizemore and Cierra Sizemore; and his siblings, Joe (Bernice), Geneva Shelton, Verda Fleming, Hazel Carter, Calvin Carter and Harold Carter. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, friends and family.
