He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Jean McGeath (Porter) and Elmer Eugene Stout; his grandmothers, Cornelia Stout and Thelma Starrett; his stepgrandmother Naomi Porter; and his grandfathers, Claude Stout, Bob Starrett and Vernie Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Clara Teresa Stout; his daughter Ashlee Stout Neems (Chris); his godchildren, Jennifer Pulice, Cassondra Pulice and Luigi Pulice; his brothers, Tim Fullen and John Pulice; and his grandson Damien Nello Neems. He is also survived by other relatives, loved ones and friends.
