He was predeceased by: his parents, A. H. Waggoner and Edith Waggoner (Ethridge); his grandson Bradley Polk; and his siblings, Marie Haas, Pearl Zimmerman, Doris Douglas, Gene, Joe, Aldon and Eldon Waggoner.
He is survived by: his wife Holly; his children, Renaee Polk (Bill) of Maumelle, AR, Roshelle White of Fort Smith, Russell Waggoner (Sheryl) of Fort Smith and Darren Waggoner of Poteau, OK; his stepson Michael McAllister of Van Buren; his grandchildren, Nikki Barry (Jordan), Garrett Waggoner, Ryan, Brent Polk, Jessica Ubbenga (Jon), Christopher Waggoner, Trey Richmond and Jalen White; and his brothers, Lester Waggoner of Alma and Wayne Waggoner of Van Buren. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Ocker Putman Funeral Home (4500 Jenny Lind Rd, Fort Smith, AR 72901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
