She was predeceased by: her parents, John Pugh and Mabel Pugh; and her sons, John Douglas, James Anthony (Tony) and Kevin Gene.
She is survived by: her daughter Patty Borum (Jimmy); her brother Gary Stevens (Kathy); her grandchildren, Candace Lea (Trent), Heath Borum (Loren) and Trey Stanfill (Hayley); and her great grandchildren, Camryn Lea, Emerson Lea, Corbin Borum, Collins Borum, Tripp Stanfill and Jensen Stanfill.
