She is survived by: her husband Gary Evans; her sons, Dylan and Austin Evans of Altus; her stepchildren, Denise Evans of Mulberry, Larry Evans of Altus, Tyler Evans of Subiaco and Chelsea Bradley of Subiaco; her mother Charlotte Shannon (Toothman) of Van Buren; and her siblings, Calihand Allen of Van Buren, Brenda Blackmon of Grannis, Arkansas and Tim Shannon of Hartman. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; two nieces and two nephews.
